Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We ship orders via Australia Post and aim to dispatch within 1 business day. Standard shipping typically takes 2-6 business days, while express shipping usually takes 1-4 business days. Please note however that these times are indicative only, and we'll do our best to keep you informed in case of any delays affecting our shipping times. 

How much is shipping?

We provide complimentary standard shipping for orders totalling $100AUD and above. Shipping charges will apply to all other orders and will be calculated during checkout. Please note that we may also offer promotional shipping offers from time to time, so make sure you keep up to date by signing up to our emails!

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we currently only offer shipping to Australian postal addresses. 

Orders and Returns

How do I determine my correct size?

Most of our product pages include a unique sizing table to help you work out your ideal size. Please note that the measurements provided in the charts are intended as a guide only, and actual garment measurements may vary slightly. The charts can be viewed by clicking the size chart links on our product pages.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We offer 30-day returns or exchanges from the date you receive your order. Please refer to our returns page for more information.

What should I do if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you are unable to include it in your order. Subscribe to our Member's club emails to keep up-to-date on product restocks and other news. 

Are there any restrictions on using discounts or coupons?

As a general rule, you are unable to combine multiple different discount offers or coupons on any given order. You will be notified on the checkout screen if your discount code is eligible. 

I purchased a discounted item on the post-purchase screen. Is this counted as part of my original order for the purpose of qualifying for a promotional shipping/order/product discount?

At times, we may present you with exclusive offers immediately after you have already placed an order. Items purchased on the post-purchase screen are treated as distinct from your initial order. They are ineligible for inclusion in any other special offers, promotions, or discounts unless expressly stated on the post-purchase screen.
